For sale is one Rare Singer 222K (serial number EK 637401) Featherweight sewing machine manufactured on August 16, 1958 in Scotland. This machine is in beautiful condition. The Flat bed can be removed to reveal a free arm that allows for easier application of sleeves and cuffs or any hard-to-reach seaming. The paint and trim look great with only minor wear and tear that can be expected with light use. The machine is also in great working condition - including the light bulb.Carrying case with some minor wear and tear and some peeling of cover on bottom (picture 12) - also has words "Slide Out" with arrow on inside cover (picture 1). Original Singer sewing machine oil can (can hear some liquid inside).
Original Singer lubricant for electric motors and original cardboard box that it is stored in. Extra feet (please ask if you have any specific questions). Original manual with cover gone (picture 11). Original Pedal and Plug in great condition. Everything appears to be original and is wired for North American Voltage.I use Styrofoam when possible and LOTS of bubble wrap. This machine will be packaged well!
