Hello and thank your interest in. This vintage Singer Featherweight 221-1. The serial number of AK411396 dates it's creation to May 10th 1951. This Machine has a Centennial badge, commemorating Singer's 100-year anniversary from 1851 - 1951.This machine comes with the bobbin holder and many attachments. I do not know if they are complete.
The belt looks to be brand new and is in great condition. Runs strongly with nice pedal control and the light works as well. The motor runs great and petal f. Oot control in good condition and. Works exactly as it should.
There is a small crescent of Bakelite missing from the base of the power attachment housing. This is purely cosmetic and cannot even be seen unless your face is inches away and looking hard. Sewing machine has some minor finish wear. I do not sew, but this machine comes to me from it's original owner, a relative, who assures me it sews perfectly.
Ase has light wear on surface but no key. Carrying Case, many feet attachments. Original Instruction Booklet, Many Needles, 26 spare bobbins most with thread and a clear case, Two Chrome Spool Holders. 161127 Zipper Foot Narrow (2).
